Details about Participation in April 2022 General Conference

The following statement was released on Church Newsroom on Thursday, March 17, 2022 with regards to the details about Participation in the April 2022 General Conference

Due to parking and accessibility concerns related to the construction on and around Temple Square, seating at the April 2022 general conference (April 2–3) will be limited to 10,000 people per session. Those who come to the conference are encouraged to use public transit. The Church and the Utah Transit Authority will provide for free use of public transit for those attending this conference. A conference ticket will serve as your pass for bus and rail systems during the weekend of conference.

Consistent with the best data available, the wearing of face masks by those attending the April 2022 general conference will be optional. If available information changes, the policy may be modified.

We are grateful to again welcome Church leaders and members from around the world who will be traveling to Salt Lake to participate in the conference.
